Upon arrival you will personally be greeted by one of us to welcome you and help you start your vacation on the right paw. We will reserve a beautifully appointed ground floor Jr. Suite for easy access to your daily walks along with the following to help you and your owners indulge in a luxurious 3 night get-a-way:

• A delightful amenity basket filled with treats for both pooches and humans
• Bowls on loan for water and food so you don’t have to bring your own.
• An oversized in-room pet pillow to lounge away the day while you are here.
• A map with a list of pooch friendly parks, walks and hikes in the area.
• A Spa Treatment that includes a massage, nail trimming and brushing just for you at ENV Pet Spa & Grooming
• 2 One Hours Spa Treatments for your humans.
• A special in-room dinner for you and dinner for 2 with wine in Amaya for your humans.
• Breakfast each morning
• For an additional charge, stay in The Hacienda and have your ownButlerto take you on your own private walks.

The Fine Print for Pooches:

• Any type of Pooch is allowed with no weight or size restrictions.
• No charge or deposit if on the Pooch Package.
• Price is based on one Pooch.
• All Pooches mush be on a leash in all common areas.
• Arrangements must be made with housekeeping to service room when owner is out and your pooch is present.
• When registering at the Front Desk, the pooch owner agrees to the hotel’s pet policy, to be responsible for any damages or injury caused by the pet and to absolve any liability if the pet or another guest is injured.
